MANUEL-TURIZO

Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. The Latin pop mainstream is influenced by his global popularity. In 2017, his 2016 hit Una Lady Como Tu won the Colombian Kids Choice Award Favorite Song. The year after Medellin, Sony distributed La Industria Inc. and then released ADN as his debut full-length album. It reached the number 8 spot in the Top Latin Albums chart. The following year, he joined forces with Ozuna to record Vaina Loca which climbed to the top of five on the chart of Top Latin Albums. In the year 2020, he worked with Noriel for Mala Influencia and then released her debut album Dopamina that year. In 2021, he sang a duet for TINI's hit song Maldita Foto. 2000 which included the smash song La Bachata appeared in 2023. Turizo is a musician born into a musical family. His parents and brothers also played the guitar. In interviews, Turizo stated that music is essential. When he was a kid was playing the ukulele and piano. At first, he wanted to become a vet, but after his brother Julian was convinced to let him attend lessons with a Cuban singer, he changed goals for his future career.
